Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations and orders placed with InBuild.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared against the specification you supply and state the Incoterm, the payment term, the MOQ for the quoted profile and the lead time. Prices are valid for the period stated on the quotation.

Made to order

Every profile is produced to order. No price, availability or lead-time statement on this website is an offer, and no stock is held against a published figure. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing on the quotation and order confirmation.

Samples and tooling

Samples are supplied on a paid basis and the sample fee is credited back against your first production order. Tooling for a new custom section is quoted separately and is not included in the sample fee.

Specification changes

Profile, finish, length and packing requirements must be confirmed before production begins. Changes requested after tooling or production has started may affect price and lead time and will be confirmed in writing.

Claims

If goods do not match the confirmed specification, contact us on receipt with photographs and the order reference so the matter can be assessed against the agreed specification and the agreed tolerance.
