Shipping & Sample Policy

How samples and production orders are quoted, packed and shipped.

Sample policy

Samples are paid, and the sample fee is credited back against your first production order. Sampling takes 10–15 days. Tooling for a new custom section is quoted separately from the sample.

Production lead time

Production takes 20–30 days after you approve the sample. Because every profile is made to order, the schedule starts at approval rather than at enquiry, and a firm date is confirmed on the order confirmation.

Incoterms and payment

Orders are quoted on EXW or FOB terms with payment by T/T. Tell us your destination port when you enquire so the quotation states the right term.

Packing

Profiles are packed in export cartons with finished faces protected. Cut lengths are bundled to the order. Non-standard packing or carton labelling requirements should be raised at order stage so they can be costed and confirmed.

Stainless steel and PVC

Stainless steel profiles ship in 2.44 m and 3 m lengths, packed 20–100 pieces per carton, in mirror or brushed finish. PVC trim is supplied in the standard trim lengths for the section ordered.
