Aluminium Wall Panel Trim
Wall panel trim is the finishing profile that closes and
protects the edges and internal corners of aluminium wall panels and decorative
cladding. Our sections fit panel thicknesses from 3 mm to 18 mm, with a
thickness of 0.5–1.0 mm as standard. MOQ starts at 300 m per
profile, made to order in 3 m lengths or cut to your size.

Representative wall panel trim sections
Below are representative sections from our die library. More than a hundred
wall panel profiles are held, and the geometry that matters most is the inner
height, which is set by your panel thickness. Send your drawing and we confirm
the exact geometry before tooling.

Capability range
Every dimension below is confirmed against your drawing before production.
Because the range is wide, we publish the working range rather than fixed SKUs.
| Item | Specification | What it means for your project |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Aluminium alloy | Extruded aluminium sections for interior trim |
| Grade | 6063-T5 | Standard architectural extrusion grade, confirmed against your specification before sampling |
| Inner height | 3–18 mm | The dimension that decides fit. Matches wall panels from 3 mm to 18 mm thick |
| Width | 15–50 mm | Visible face width. It varies with the design, and a small difference does not affect installation |
| Thickness | 0.5–1.0 mm | Standard range, with heavier walls on request |
| Standard length | 3 m | Supplied in standard lengths or cut to the size you need |
| Custom lengths | Cut to size | Cut to your required length on the production run |
Surface finishes and colours
| Item | Specification | What it means for your project |
|---|---|---|
| Surface finish | Anodized, powder-coated, wood-grain, brushed, polished, sandblasted | Available processes; powder coating can be matched to a RAL code |
| Gloss level | Glossy or matt | Every colour is available in either version — tell us the sheen you need |
| Colour | 10 standard | Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Bronze, Champagne, Grey, Granite, Light Grey, Black, White |
| Custom colours | Matched to your sample | Colour matched to your reference — typically within 90% on standard tones; special colours confirmed in advance |
Ten colours are held as standard, and every one of them can be
produced glossy or matt. Send a colour reference — a swatch, a
photo or a RAL code — and we match it. On standard tones the match
typically reaches 90%, and unusual colours are confirmed with a physical sample
before production. If the sheen matters for your project, say so at the enquiry
stage and we will confirm it with the sample.
Internal corner, outside corner and end cap
A vertical panel run needs more than straight trim. An internal
corner closes the inside return, an outside corner
protects the external edge, and an end cap finishes an open
end. Buyers in North America often call the internal corner an
“inside corner trim for wall panels” — it is the same profile.
All three are made to the same section and finish as the straight trim, so the
whole run matches.
Where wall panel trim is used
Wall panel trim is specified where decorative wall panelling, fluted or
slatted panels and cladding meet an internal corner, an external corner or an
open edge. The trim closes the panel edge, protects it in service, and gives the
wall a continuous finish line.

Frequently asked questions
What panel thickness can your wall panel trim take?
Inner heights are produced from 3 mm to 18 mm so the trim matches
the panel you are installing. Tell us the panel make-up and we confirm the inner
height, the depth of the return, and the corner and end pieces you will also
need.
Do you also supply the internal and outside corner pieces?
Yes. A vertical panel run needs more than the straight trim: you will
normally need an internal corner, an outside corner and an end cap. These are
made to the same profile and finish as the straight sections, so the whole run
matches.
What is the minimum order for a custom wall panel trim?
MOQ starts at 300 m per profile. New-profile tooling is inexpensive, and
sampling runs 10–15 days, so a first order can stay small without a large
upfront tooling cost.
