What we do

We make finishing profiles to drawing: wall panel trim, tile trim, T, U and L
sections, stair nosing, skirting board, flooring trims and LED channels. Every
line is produced to order, which is why we can take a trial quantity instead of
asking you to commit to a container.

Why small quantities

Most extrusion suppliers are built around volume. Subcontractors, fit-out
companies, interior designers and online sellers rarely need volume on a single
section — they need the right section, in the right finish, on time.
New-profile tooling is inexpensive, so a small custom run is economic for both
of us.

How we work

We work with long-standing aluminium extrusion and surface-treatment plants in
the Foshan cluster. We specify the profile, control the finish against the sample
you approve, and handle export documentation and shipping. You deal with one
contact from drawing to delivery.

A factory visit, or a video walkthrough of the production line, can be arranged
on request.

How quality is controlled

Quality on a made-to-order profile is decided before production starts and
confirmed before it ships. Three points are controlled on every run.

• Specification confirmed before tooling. We agree the section,
  inner height, wall thickness, length, finish and tolerance in writing before
  tooling is cut. Anything ambiguous is resolved at this stage, not after the
  material is extruded.
• Finish approved on a physical sample. Surface finish is
  approved against a sample you hold, not a screen image. Sample production takes
  10–15 days, and the sample fee is credited back against your first
  production order.
• Checked through the run and packed for the journey. Extruded
  sections are checked against the agreed section and wall thickness through the
  run, cut lengths are checked against the order, and finished faces are protected
  in export cartons.

Where we ship

Profiles from these production lines have been exported to more than 50
markets. Tell us the destination port and we quote EXW or FOB.
